Another from Monday morning. Same bridge, different lighthouse.
Can't believe it's been a month since I was in Amsterdam.
Anyway here's another one. I had hoped to get out with the camera this weekend, but a dead car battery on Mrs AFB's car means I'll be dealing with that after we go food shopping

In reality it's not very difficult to capture the Auroras. But one has to be lucky to be out there at the right time, and I almost missed them that night
Anyway, for those who want to know:
-Canon 5DII on a tripod, and a Tokina 16-24mm f/2.8 lens (focus on manual to infinite)
-ISO 800
-10-second exposure
-Since I don't want to blow the highlights, my photos are slightly underexposed, then corrected for exposure on CS6. Also, use NIK's Pro Contrast to end the editing.
