Amazingly detailed for such a small size. I may remove the number "110" and put a "16" instead and also put the following decal on it which I will have to try and make. I can do it in Illustrator easily enough but making the decal will be very tricky.
This would recreate 22 September 1981 when President François Mitterrand rode in the drivers cabin of that particular unit, inaugurating the TGV.
I am sure that decal/flag has an official name, would appreciate if someone knows what is called. My knowledge of French Presidential standards and similar is somewhat limited.
