😁 You won't believe how sour those little apples are until you bite into one! They do make for a very flavorful jam or syrup.
My curiosity was pricked because this looks like the drinks are what we in the US call Bloody Marys.....and lo and behold, they are, basically, except that you guys in Canada choose to use Clamato Juice rather than regular Tomato Juice or V-8. Interesting!

Yep, he's related to "my" Alfred, who is featured in a couple of the late-August POTD images! He's a Great Blue Heron, and as you can see, a fairly large bird, the largest of the herons, and there are also some egrets about that same size, too. Florida is Mecca for bird lovers, as Herons, Egrets, Cormorants, Pelicans, Roseate Spoonbills, Woodstorks and many, many other species hang out there!
I don't remember the lens on this one, perhaps 100mm macro or the 70-200mm and I should have used fill flash but anyway, I like bumbelbees 😍
