Shot taken at Dujiangyan South Gate, Sichuan. The mesmerizing ā€˜Blue Tears’ illusion comes alive as blue LEDs illuminate the river.

this insight helps out a lot. I'm going to tinker with things and see how it plays out. I only notice it in the post shot, never in when I am looking to take the photograph.

It also doesn't seem to be an issue when I use HEIF formatting vs. PRORAW, so that is something for me to keep in mind as well. I will be trotting around town today, 6/2, to look for photo opportunities and see what it may yield.
OK, I’d like to see the results, especially if you had to modify the back of the lens with a spacer like I did.

Unfortunately there are no such apps that I know of.
Just thought of our conversation on this… the Project Indigo camera app from Adobe offers numerous features you mentioned you use in your iPhone photography - Bayer Raw image stacking, ISO priority - plus has a module for Adobe’s AI denoise in app. Plus, one button tap for photos right to Lightroom since it’s an Adobe product. Camera app is free. I’d recommend checking it out.

Just tried it... intersting, could turn out really good in time but for now it caused my 15 PM to overheat like mad with overheat warnings often.

in the future just before choosing the photo, tap on the options button on the bottom right and change the size from original to large and it will upload. btw, love loki. my boy tommy also has a similarly cute face.
Oh thank you!! Yes, those cute faces make it so hard to ever be upset with them for being bad boys! lol

i’ve also been trying this app since you posted this. after around 4 to 5 consecutive snaps i get an overheating warning on my 16 pro. but i like the app and the photo quality looks really good. maybe better than stock camera app. i have to compare but thanks for posting.

Yes, it seems like some kinks still need to be ironed out for optimization, but it’s promising. Stumbled upon Adobe’s article outlining the app, too.

I’ll be using mostly stock app with ProRaw Max or No Fusion app with HEIF+ for now, but I’m keeping this on device and keeping a close eye on its development.
