This is one of my first shots that I have done with my new 30d. I am new to low light scenery photography, and didn't have a tripod for this shoot. Not quite as exciting as taking photos at a Motocross, or Autosport event, but I guess I gotta learn the camera somehow 
.
I m using the standard 18-55mm lens that came with the camera kit.

It's a block off of San Marco...An air boat heads for Orange Lake, Cross Creek, Florida - this morning.
WOW - that's a blast from my past! Went fishing on Orange Lake all the time w/my father growing-up in Florida!
By the way, what's the name of the other lake that's connected to Orange Lake?

I just found out that pse updated the raw plugin for compatibility with my fz50. I'm stoked, like this guy!

I think I took this around December 2004.
I don't really have a good archive of my first DSLR shots (I do have the originals but I will have to really go through thousands of pictures to find them).
However, I do remember the location and equipment.
