The fly on the nose, the drip of snot on the ring...very nice. I loves me some EF 50 1.8 II.
It rained, so it's probably just water that looks like snot.

Anther thing - - that great shot of the bull that BigMäc took - I have that 50 mm 1.8 lens, too, just got it yesterday - - he must've been CLOSE to that bull to use that lens.
There were about 1.5 meters and an electric fence between bull and camera. I'd love to have a longer lens for such occasions. The picture is cropped and posted in original pixel size.

Fun to have a camera you can actually take INTO the water!

I like this picture, a lot - the only thing I would change is cropping the background - like so:

Thank you! Yes, after looking at it a bit more critically myself, and having a friend make the same suggestion, I did crop it but didn't think to replace the version I'd already put here.... I agree that it looks better cropped. :)

One for iGary. It's not as impressive as the previous one he shot, himself, though.

Adjusted levels and colours quite a lot. I shot the original underexposed on purpose to try and avoid a burned out sky, which always seems to happen in photos like this.

Great pic! I need to go there on my next visit. I would love to go out to the aircraft graveyards and so some shooting out there too.

Great detail in this one, very nice!

I've got a bunch of pictures of the Guggenheim Bilbao, and some are details that are kind of abstract. This is one of the best ones, IMO. (I just need to crop out that annoying head in the lower left that I just now noticed.)
