120 Minute? I am truly envious.
Awesome haul! Jealous.

2x 12s of Pliny...difficult to find much Russian River on the East Coast.
Found a few other RR but never Pliny. Heard it's amazing.
What's in the growler?
Pliny is a great beer, one of the best in my opinion. The growler is Row 2 Hill 56.
I have tried many of the world's great beers, (and thanks to this forum, I have been introduced to the products made by Founder's, some of which are superb), but thus far, have not seen hide nor hair of a bottle of Pliny's.
Well, I shall live in hope that this sad lack will be addressed……in the fullness of time.
Good luck. There is only a single county between me and Russian River Brewing Company, and yet they still don't distribute in my county. Admittedly that's a bit of an anomaly, and they do distribute one north and one south...
Still.
He certainly has a knack for acquiring US beers that I have trouble with, especially given the relative distance.Well, needless to say, I am a very, very great distance away from your county. And any other counties in the USA.
Indeed, much of the really good beer I have managed to lay hands on this year have come about from reading stuff in a variety of sources (including the venerable MR universe) and then acting on recommendations by asking the splendid (and wonderfully enthusiastic) young manager of an excellent off-licence to see if he can source them for me.
Invariably, he does an excellent job, and - if a particular drink is not available - well, it is not available. I cannot complain, as floppy eared rabbits of an alcoholic variety have been hauled from hats with a delightful frequency.

I suppose if I were a purveyor of fine beers I may have better luck.
Last night.
Belgian Strong Pale Ale's are one of my top beer choices. The Pranqster is really good. Of course, Duvel is topsI had this on tap at BJ's brewery. I really liked it. I haven't seen in bottle form, or I would have picked it up! How did you like it?
