One of my favorites from a local brewery/bbq place in Long Beach. Always happy to see their stuff pop up at my local beer stores. Don't think they even do their own bottling.
I have made the acquaintance of both beers; I hope you both enjoy sipping and savouring them.
And after a long day of work, some much needed refreshment
I can see that this is not quite the same beer as yesterday's. Enjoy.

Oh yes, I like a few brews by Weihenstephaner; the Vitus is probably my favorite. Then again, I havent found a brew from them that I dont like

Must say that I love your coasters; what are they made from, if you don't mind my asking?
Currently.
I like the beer, and love the chalice in which it is served.
Now, if you like that style, might I recommend the St Bernardus range, or the Rochefort range of Belgian beers. Both are superb.

Ah, is this one of those beers that are brewed specially and specifically with the Oktoberfest in mind?
It is indeed a Märzen/Oktoberfest beer. It is one of my go to Oktoberfest beers.

What is the beer like?
I like it. Not too heavy or sweet like some Oktoberfest style beers are. I broke my own rule and had it before September. I'll probably get more of it, before it disappears. Only available in Wisconsin and Illinois and probably fairly limited.
