I really like all of the Trappistes Rochefort range. The Trappistes Rochefort 6 is an excellent accompaniment for food, the other two, the Trappistes Rochefort 8 and the Trappistes Rochefort 10 are superb beers for slow sipping.

While I really like the Trapoistes Rochefort 8, I have to admit that the Trappistes Rochefort 10 is one of my absolute, very favourite all time beers.

Actually, when sipping one of these beers, a Trappistes Rochefort chalice does the needful…….

Your glass is lovely and enjoy your drink.

Trappistes 10 is also my favorite.

One of my favorites from a local brewery/bbq place in Long Beach. Always happy to see their stuff pop up at my local beer stores. Don't think they even do their own bottling.

Oh yes, I like a few brews by Weihenstephaner; the Vitus is probably my favorite. Then again, I havent found a brew from them that I dont like

I couldn't actually read what was written on the label, so thank you for letting me know what it is.

Must say that I love your coasters; what are they made from, if you don't mind my asking?

I like it. Not too heavy or sweet like some Oktoberfest style beers are. I broke my own rule and had it before September. I'll probably get more of it, before it disappears. Only available in Wisconsin and Illinois and probably fairly limited.

Well, sometimes, personal rules are made to be broken; enjoy it.
