If it's a badge similar to the GTI, the best way is to heat it up with a hair dryer and "floss" it off with some fishing line. Then clean up the gooey mess with some goo-gone and you're done. If it's a sticker, then I'm not really sure of the best way to remove it.

Goo gone won't destroy the paint?

nope, i've done it on 3 cars. it's perfectly safe.

however, you might have a spot where the badge once was since that area hasn't been exposed to the sun.

That only happens on older cars (at least 3 or 4 years old) that have faded paint. ;)

Oh, and as long as we're posting interiors, here's another GOOD interior:

I can't stand the interior on ANY Cadillac as they always seem to be 2 full generations behind the competition in materials and styling. The new 2008 CTS might finally be catching up though:

I hate that colour scheme but I couldn't seem to find one in black.

I like the Maserati. Red leather interior's work on very few cars, and this happens to be one of them. As for Aston Martin, it's nice but I can see a few hints of Ford in the switchgear.

I think you might be right about some of those switches on the Aston!
Actually if you look again, is that key in the first Aston pic not too dissimilar from a Volvo key-fob!
Downside of being part of the Ford family I suppose. Thought I gather they have now been sold on.
Great cars though all the same :p

The black CTS interior is beautiful. I'm not a huge fan of black dashboard and tan leather seats, just looks out of place. As for other Cadillac interiors, yeah they are a few generations behind Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, and BMW but they are American, so I guess that is the reason why. The '05+ STS has a decent looking interior; too bad it's full of cheap materials. :(

Yeah Aston Martin makes a sexy ass car. I think I have seen only one before, and it was a Vanquish. I almost screamed too, they are so good looking. My favorite sports car has to be the Porsche 911. That would be my first choice for a sports car. My 2nd would be the Corvette Z06... Ferrari performance for $75k?? Sign me up!

Love these. Got an Intrepid, myself, and have to say, they're some of the most stable cars I've driven. They're faaast, too. Which engine do you have? I've got the 3.2L w/ 225HP. I couldn't love it more. :)

I only have the 2.7L, but it's still no slouch. My mother has an LHS with the 3.5L (255HP), and that's a speedy thing.

But yeah, the it is one of the more stable cars I have driven, party due to its massive size. Aside from the Crown Vic family of cars, the Concorde is one of the longest cars in recent times.

I was posting in another thread on here, and figured I may as well throw a couple pics into this thread, as well. Anyhoo, this is the first time (now that I'm away at college) that I haven't had a garage to shield my car from the elements. I absolutely hate having to leave my baby out to suffer for sometimes weeks at a time. Between the crappy gravel parking lot, extreme temps, and horrible weather, I wish I would've gotten a spot inside one of the parking garages.

Man, that sucks! I'm glad we don't get a whole lot of snow here. My car has to sit out in the elements, as well. We have a garage, but it's more used as a storage building than a garage. Oh, well.

im happy, after months of research testing and making car dealerships hate me I finally got my new car.
<drum roll>
Lexus is250 awd 08 with a nice discount (7 thousand). it was that or a z4 but the discount made me go lexus. Only a few hours old, Ive put 57 miles on it today. Ive done every chore i can think of that involves driving and just drove around in it. i got 280ish miles left on the dealerships free tank of gas :) Its got that new fangled keyless entry thing and i keep reaching for the key that isnt.

WARNING: my simple iphone doesnt do this car justice

more little side notes:
with all the traction driving "error" correction software turned on its impossible (well maybe it isnt) to skid spin burnout silp oversteer rollover or any other fun activity. the nice part about lexus putting these together in a single system, VDIM they dubbed it, is its a simple process to turn it all off and boy it is fun. (all on non public roads of course)

she was running (kind of) brilliantly until someone started driving through the intersection in front of me. I came out of it with just a fractured kneecap, the other guy had some bruising on his hip.

-Slate Gray Metallic
-19" Wheels painted in Black
-Red seatbelts
-Fire Extinguisher
-Adaptive Sport Seats (Leather/alcantara)
-Carbon Fibre list
-Sport Chrono Package

Hope you like it! :)

The thing that I really don't like about Porsche is that every model looks the same. This is quite a high model but it looks practically identical to the entry level Boxster and I really don't like the look at all. Very dated in my opinion and lacking any sort of personality. Dare I say boring?

That sucks man. At least you are not too badly hurt/dead.

1996 Dodge Intrepid

I've got myself a 1996 Dodge Intrepid with 58,000 miles on it, with custom ordered New York State plates with mine and my girlfriend's initials on them.

Why would you change a winning concept?
And no, the Boxster and the 911 are quite different these days, before they even used to have same headlights.
