Thanks for the compliments :) Yes I had just washed it, that's why there is nothing in the bed. Right now I have a bunch of stuff in it, and tomorrow I'm going to pick up a load of lumber for a deck. I use this truck as a truck, it constantly has signs or mulch in the bed. I thought about selling it when gas prices got high, but I would miss the hauling capacity so much. Almost 80k miles!

The cloth seats are great, I don't really care that much for leather. The cloth "holds you in". I did add heated seat elements under the cloth though, and used the Toyota seat heater switches. I use them constantly even during the summer. Cold AC + Heated seats is very comfy! I'm a member over at Tundrasolutions.com, lots of info there. If you find my username there (same as it is here) you can take a look at my site, I've done a lot of work to this thing like the navigation and bluetooth. Let me know if you have any questions.

Here's a recent project I was working on.

Many trips to the home depot and local nursery:
5 bags of sand
about 50 bricks
3 bags of crushed stone
3 loads of 2 yard topsoil
1 load, I think 1 yard mulch.

Every time people post a picture of their truck here it's empty. Interesting.

Perhaps that's because people tend to clean their cars before they take pictures of them.

Seriously, I'm as against people needlessly buying trucks as you are, but shut up. It's as if you watch the forum spy for this thread, waiting for someone to post a truck.

1997 Acura TL 3.2L and a 1963 Ford Falcon Convertible

This is my 97 Acura TL 3.2L, exactly like the day I got it. Only difference is I have bigger tires (not the crappy low profiles), Alpine head unit, and chrome shift plate. Plus I cleaned it many times since then. I really like the car, but I wish the guy that had the car before me did not put on this crap on it. Such as these rims and a the crappy paint job. The paint at first looked good, but over time is starting to fade and on the plastic peaces, I can see the original blue, same in the door jams, and engine bay.

Also, my 1963 Ford Falcon. I inherited this from my dad.

I need to get some new and better pics of the Falcon when I can get it out. Also since I have a better camera now.

Just gave my '95 Corolla (a little over 230k on it) a good washing the other day... it looks like new minus the spots that need some touching up on the front bumper.

Nice work, dibble9012. I love that thing you built, do you have any flower in there yet?

Yes, we have a mini Japanese red maple and a bunch of hosta's plus a bleeding heart. It was easy to build, finished the wall part in an afternoon. Preparation is everything (all the sand and gravel). This thing will never sink.

Well you did a very good job, I love how it just flows with the house.

My car: 2001 Suzuki Vitara. 2WD 4-cyl/2-liter, Automatic. Paid $11K in 2002 with 14K miles on it. Now has 103K+ miles on it, and still runs smooth.

I recently drove cross country from San Jose, CA to Round Lake, IL where i'm now living. I decided not to bring any furniture with me, so I just packed the essentials into my car (DVD's, games, MacBook, and clothes). Total trip was 2,452 Miles (~3946 Kilometers) Which to put into perspective for the Europeans, would be like driving non-stop from London to Cairo (Egypt), assuming you had an amphibious vehicle. I drove an average of 12 hours a day, stopping for gas and the occasional rest area. Took 3 days, but I made a slight detour to Indiana to visit my Brother (hence the A-B-C on the map), which added a 4th day to my trip. The photos above are just from a rest area in Eastern Nevada, along I-80, which I took all the way through to I-94 in Illinois/Indiana. Be thankful that smell-o-vision is not yet a practical reality. ;) I've also got a small dent at the lower-rear of the rear-passenger door. I have no idea what caused the dent, I was just driving down a highway one day and heard a loud crack from something hitting the car. I figure it was either another car kicking up something with its tires, or someone chucking a rock from nearby homes. Never saw what hit it.

P.S. You can listen to KPIG online (see bumper sticker), they have a live stream available from their website (I don't work for them, just love listening to them).

Nice to see you finally got you a Seville. Very nice. Awesome color choice, too.

I seen one the other day with an exhaust on it and it sounded amazing. Northstars sound awesome with an exhaust. I know most people probably wouldn't do that to a Cadillac, but man, it sounded good.

I want a Mustang GT.

Thanks! I want the Corsa exhaust, but its pretty expensive. Just glad I finally got one. Waited year and a half, payed a little less than $11k for a car that once stickered for $54k. Great deal on the used car market. I love it to death.
