My V6 Accord that I traded my old BMW in for last May. The Accord's great, I don't miss the BMW all that much actually...probably because something was constantly breaking, it sucked gas, it was cramped, etc. Oh it drove nice, but that was about it. I drive 120 miles a day (on track for about 32,000 miles this year) and this gets around 32 MPG on the highway (even with the ~250hp V6), and damn if it doesn't have some of the most supportive and comfortable seats of any car I've had.

One day, when I have a real garage, I hope to be able to spice it up with a little more than just tinted windows.

Love the Accord... I never understood why people hated that bodystyle so much when it came out. At the time it was different, kinda like the Camry was in '06-'07 and the Malibu is today.

Indeed they are. I just love the sudden boost in power my GTI has once it revs up a bit. :D

Yes thats the part that really takes people by surprise. I also think its the part that reviewers miss or don't understand with a lot of turbo cars. They're quite leisurely if the gas isn't slammed to the floor, especially four cylinders.

My Saab might peak at 300 HP but under gentle driving conditions it feels like it has 130. There is simply no head-jerkingly responsive acceleration at low RPMs as there were in say my Camaro Z28 or BMW X5 4.4i... but I like it that way. It makes most of my trips very soft and uneventful. But I always know its there waiting.

I love the new Accord. The exterior is sexy as hell, but i'm disappointed with the interior. It has way too many buttons on the center stack, and that just plain annoys me. I'm a fan of simplicity, and love the interior of the Camry and Malibu.

For what it's worth... a Prius is great around town because it primarily uses the electric motor, but once you get on the freeway, you're much better off with a clean buring diesel like the Mercedes Benz BlueTec - twice the power and excellent MPG.

I've posted these before but here they are again. None of them are particularily good for the enviroment but I do my part by taking public transportation to work. :D

stevey500, you should host those images on MR as an attachment since your server is pretty slow.

I'll try to get some new pics of my car tomorrow, although they'll be crappy since all I have is my iPhone and the car is probably dirty and/or covered in snow.

My Prius allows me to drive alone in the carpool lanes in California and doesn't use much gas. I guess I do feel pretty smug when I'm passing stop-and-go traffic at 65 mph, though. Sorry.

Sorry, but what gives you the right to be in the car pool lanes( or HOV lanes where I am) when you're the only one in the car? Oh that's right sorry, you're driving a Earth loving hybrid. Nope, not going to buy it. Get back in the congestion like the rest of the people driving alone. Do you also left lane hog because you're driving a hybrid?

2006 Audi A6.

Sat Nav, six disk CD autochanger, cruise control, dual zone aircon, auto lights and wipers, big alloys - all as standard.

My wife calls it 'the barge'.

I think it would be fair to say I love my car. :D

Nice car Marky_Mark.

Do like the A6, and still have a little tear appear when I think of my old one. Looking at an A6 Avant for my next car but not for another 12 months or so though :(

Thanks Scott. A more senior colleague of mine gave me a lift in his previous edition A6 a few years ago and I was so impressed I resolved that day that I'd eventually get one of my own. I haven't been disappointed, and although it's a 'premium' priced product, it's worth every penny. The spec levels, build quality and styling are fantastic.

You need to take that back to the dealer, they put the steering wheel on the wrong side :p

But seriously though, looks good. Is that the same exterior as the US version, because if I'm right, it looks different (and better too). I think the US ones have an ugly plastic grill.

I feel that in general we over this here side of the pond get the shaft when it comes to foreign cars. Actually, we don't even get the mondao, and thats the only decent looking ford there is. Like i said, what i would do to get my hands on an Audi RS6 Avant (Estate)...........whhooooo baby, i'm moving to europe, just for that car.
