Mmmmmmm, Porsche. I guess I'm due for updated photos.... Here's a recent shot of my car in its natural habitat:

Since I bought the car last September, I've put 9,515 miles on the car (952/month). Of those, 1,993 miles have been on the track (21%).

That's a stunning RS!!
I really dig the orange accents.
Plus the "kill" icons (tracks you've been to) are awesome graphics on the car. :)

My baby 2008 Rally Red Evo X

Very nice Tsurara and Nugget!!! I have been looking into buying another car I have been eyeing a 911 turbo for some time and my birthday is coming up at the end of the month although I don't think the fiance would be to happy unless I got rid of the evo before I buy another another car.

BMW just stated they are bringing a ///M version of the 1 series, and they plan to keep to the spirit of the original E30 M3, as opposed to the $70K behemoth the M3 has become. They will not brand it M1 though. It will be the "BMW 1 Series M Coupe."

Sweet!!! Now I know what my next car will be.

COOL!!

I am glad they didn't just leave it to the 135i Coupe with M-Sports package.

Also glad the M1 will stay the M1.

I own now the 123d Coupe (204 bhp) which is a treat to drive. Yeah.. a Diesel... but so much low range torque!!!

BTW.. the new M5 will definitely have the (Twin) Turbo V8.... TBO, I liked the beautiful V10 in the current M5 more.

You're in good company. I owned a 2005 Evo 8 SSL, a 2005 Evo 8 MR and a 2006 Evo 9 MR (which later was turned in to an SCCA Touring Car) before I got the Porsche. I loved the raw experience the Evo gave and the Porsche is right in the same spirit.

My girlfriend gave me a bunch of grief over getting the Porsche but she loves it now... after I let her drive it :)

The V10 is cool until you consider you're doing 12-13mpg including highway. Losing the V10 will make it a lot more ordinary, that's for damn sure.
