Washed my 2007 Saturn Aura with some new products. I am pleased with the results. :)

^^^ It takes balls to be a man, but definitely not to lower a truck.

I do disagree that a lowered truck "looks badass." I'd say the owner is confused as to its role in its world.

HAHAHA My point exactly!!

My Fun Car

Now there's a car. Only complaint is that its a convertible. I'm more of a coupe guy due to the fact that all of the Ferrari's I've been lucky enough to drive have been coupes. Nonetheless, nice car man. Do you mind disclosing what you do for a living?

How could you not like my car? It's better then a Camry. :p

God, I just rewrote my post - I was gonna tell tales about my cars, but in the end it started to sound like I was showing off. Cutting the long story short, I always liked BMWs and Mercedes Benz.

Also, I realised that if I lived in the US, I wouldn't mind an American car like yours - it has that American authority about it, the Presidential Convoy look. I actually started liking the side.

Congrats, anyway! You are obviously doing fine!

do you "drive it" or just pose in it...i see alot of Ferrari's but non actually driven

I just pose in it. Of course since I never drive it and there is not a lot of people hanging around in my garage, I had an enormous mirror installed in the garage so I could look at myself; thus satisfying my craving to pose.

I love my Bimmer. I'm 17 and worked to buy this myself. Bought it at 50k miles 3 months ago. Just hit 60k. I drive a lot, so I was trying to find a car that was comfortable to drive in. And it being as quick as it is doesn't hurt ;)

How much was it? You probably could have gotten a nice sports car that can actually turn at high speeds. :D

Not really a 'sports car' type guy. I love my truck for the 5000 lb baby that it is. I know the limitations on moving such a big ass truck fast, but I consider 0-60 in 5 seconds pretty quick.

When I bought it I paid right at $30k for it (had 8k miles on it).

As far as turning at high speeds it does ok considering it is lowered. It turns as fast as I need it to.

I am just waiting to hear the gas comments. ;)

I only get about 5mpg on the track, so I'm the last one to give you grief about mileage. I share others' feelings on performance trucks, though. Trying to turn a truck into a performance vehicle is just about as misguided as trying to move house in a Miata. I don't see the appeal at all. You end up with a vehicle that's no longer useful as a truck, but still isn't as rewarding to drive as even a modestly sporty car.

That's not too expensive...I figured it was a lot more. No offense, but I can't stand trucks/SUVs, and that's mostly due to the people who drive them. Racing a truck just seems so pointless and a waste of resources. A car can be just as fast, handle better, and use WAY less gas (gas comment ;)). Everyone I have seen that drives one of these trucks, puts huge exhaust system on them, drives like a retard, and causes havoc wherever they go. But I will say they are not as bad as ricers. :p
