I guess, if you order one with one with standard paint and zero options (it won't exist in dealer inventory). Save your money for when it goes out of warranty. That gets expensive.Ok, $47k for a 528i. Still, a much better deal than the Cadillac.
Just looking at this thread sometimes i wonder if some of these cars are real or just some sweaty fat guy posting from his basement who drives a station wagon posting his dream car.
american cars have come a LONG way in the last few years, and the muscle cars are amazing. A camaro would look REALLY cool in England, because you wouldn't see many of them there. And the higher end camaro zl1 is nothing to sneeze at. If you really want a muscle car with serious performance look at the mustang Boss 302. I would never buy one in the states because they are so common but having one in england would be very cool for the same reason I drive a 370z in the states... rarity.

The CTS is probably the only "expensive" american car I would ever buy. They look (and drive, AFAIK) wonderfully.
Here is my 2007 Civic Si
I have the opposite opinion. I like the 5-spoke replacements better. The silver 10-spoke in the first shots look too ordinary and mundane. They scream "OEM"!I think the original wheels looked a lot nicer. The ones you have now look dated and out of place on the car in my opinion. Nice paint colour though.
I had a look at the Honda site and it seems you can't get the Civic (Type-R) hatchback in the USA.

Maybe I'm dense. I don't get the meaning of that statement.OEM+ is quite a big car culture scene in the UK

OK. I understand.OEM+ is improving upon the OEM, using other Original Equipment parts, off other cars etc. Merc alloys on VWs etc.
Love the white, looks very classy!
How is it? My dad told me I could trade my 2001 Avalon for one. I love the avalon but having to pay premium gas prices is killing me.My 2012 Kia Soul, still in my first month.

My STI came with decent Enkei wheels. I mounted snow tires on those, and bought a set of Enkei Racing PF01 for my summer tires (about $300 each, so they aren't cheapies). I did similar with my MINI JCW. I used the OEM wheels for winter, and bought a set of OZ wheels for summer. To some, OEM is a lot more appealing than aftermarket cheapies. Personally, I had repainted the OEM wheels on my Si sedan gunmetal.
I can't speak for 06-08 but the stockies on my 09 FA5 as heavy as hell. I like the look of them but I'd love to see how the car drives w/ a set of Enkei rpf1To some, OEM is a lot more appealing than aftermarket cheapies. Personally, I had repainted the OEM wheels on my Si sedan gunmetal.
