cderalow - Fiji is a very beautiful color especially when it is clean lol.

And I agree with the majority, I would take a set of OEM wheels any day over cheap knock off wheels.

Is your Dads name Sue?;)

Agreed... Sounds more like washing mum and dads cars for extra pocket money

For a start I'm 28 so not 'washing mum and dads cars' and I am more than capable buying a car and a house without them.

The red one, a FQ 330 SST, is my parents, they own that and a company car. My mum has had that plate since forever so my dad thought it would be nice to put it on.

The black one is mine a FQ 360, and although I have a personal plate as well I get a giggle that my plate reads F JOB.

At no point have I indicated the red one with the Sue plate is mine!

I do like EVO's this is my 4th. They're not overly expensive its the running costs and the HUGE fuel/gas prices thats why my other car is a prius. Makes me feel like i'm offsetting the environmental impact.

Your cars are really nice. My wife and I have a pair his/hers 2011 Subaru STIs. She got hers first and strongly considered the Evo. We looked at a white one that was really sharp!

Ignore the trolls. They just want to be haters.

How do you feel about Top Gear prefeering the EVO over the STI:p

Count me in the STI camp. Currently have a Imprezza OBS. Can't ever have a car made by a company that makes TVs LOL

I don't understand what's so unbelievable about a family owning a couple of Evo's?

Those sub 40k cars are so hard to own. Forget that there are many posting cars well more pricy than that in this thread lol

I would LOVE flappy paddles for autox and track days, but my gosh, rowing the gears is much more fun around town....and getting to roast my clutch :D I mean learn the takeoff limits of my car ;-)

I had SMG II (flappy paddles) in my E46 M3. It was awesome on the track.

Had a day fitting new Rota's to my Dad's and my evo today, a mix of grids and drifts. Pictures will do the talking;

Nice rims, love an aggressive set on an evo, not sure if I prefer the Grids of the Drifts.

Either way, both these cars need some STANCE! Get them sitting low!
