There seems to be quite a few petrol-heads around here! Nice! I really enjoy seeing all of your pictures!

I am purchasing my first car this summer. Having driven for example a 987 Boxster S, X3 xDrive 30d and previous 320hp X5 3.0SD, BMW Z4's, Mini Coopers, the new 991 Carrera S, et.c. I have come to the conclusion that I want a car which offers the true sport-car feel, while not making me broke. As of now I'm looking at either a 2003-2005 BMW Z4 3.0, early Boxster S or possibly an M3 E46. The car will not be a daily-driver, more of a weekend toy only used during summers.

I will be happy to let you know where I end up.

Testing out fitment of my race setup (235/40/17s) on 17x8.5s which is just about max one can fit for a square setup on these E30s due to the diameter. I'd prefer 235/35s but alas they dont exist, and nothing in the 225s for 17s...

About -3.5º front camber, and I think -2.5º rear.

I actually have 3 of them, one I bought new (engine transplant this spring I hope), one I used to race (now a parts car with a great body) and this one, the beater. Gets me anywhere I need to go. My only complaint is it's so loud that Siri can never understand me in it!

****** thing was that I has *just* got the car back after some ass clown backed into it while it was parked. Then some ass clown has to go and run a stop sign.

On top of all of that I was just about to unload it.

I just checked out this thread again recently and saw the photo and thought it looked a lot like some of the late-'90s Accords (at least the fat C-pillar, and general shape), but the taillights threw me off...good luck!
