We don't get the good small engines in the states.
Your fuel prices mean you don't need to.
£1.10ish for a litre at the moment, and has been as high as £1.35, for petrol.

Talk about high jacking BMW's interior aesthetic. That's ok, because Ford high jacked Volvo's.
I was looking at the Mazda 6 when I was shopping, but opted for the Fusion. Unfortunately, the 2 dealerships I went to were not interested in selling me a car.
You mean you weren't getting the deal you wanted?

No, I mean I asked to see a black on black Mazda 6. Apparently this was too much trouble for him since he didn't have one out and would have to go to the back to get one. I told him that's fine, I just want to see the inside of what he has readily available. He went back inside, handed me a brochure, and told me the differences between the 3 trims. I asked to take one for a test drive (still haven't been shown the inside of the car yet), but he said he rather have me drive the one I wanted so if I could come back the next day and he'll have the black on black ready for me. I thanked him for his time and left.
I'm not sure what the heck Toyota is thinking with this new front end look for their cars. Looks like they took it out on Lexus as well.
The Fit is gone, replaced with a Golf R. I should be ordering new wheels and competent tires in the next week or so, then I am signed up for an autoX on the 18th, and 2 track events in May at Thunderhill and Laguna Seca.
Quite the replacement. Just a slight performance jump Autox sounds fun, just don't ding the R. Cheers
My instructor at last weekend's event at Willow Springs (driving the BMW) characterized me as conservative and he was accurate. I won't be putting either the car or myself at risk.
I say don't ding the R cause I'm a bit partial to VW's. My JSW '12 TDi and her '10 Passat Komfort wagon. Good luck on the autox. Take pics.

Ahhh, I want the Golf R so bad. I have a 2014 GLi with an APR Stage One Tune. Its quick, but I can't imagine the R! I'm not sure if you've looked around but APR just released an ECU tune for the R, HUGE gains...Warrany or no warranty, that is the question.haha
I'd never buy a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, but I admit the new Grand Cherries look sick.
