Nice. No mods here other than an OEM Shelby GT500 axleback, which was installed the morning after I took delivery...now it sounds the way it should've from the factory.

Just sold my 2015 Chevy SS and currently driving my good old trusty beater 2000 Toyota Camry LE with 227k on it till I pick up a truck hopefully next year. I am paying off my debt before I do that though. :)

I actually had one of the first pre-order Golf R's in Texas, but sold it for the SS due to it hurting my back. Those seats aren't made for Americans. :p

Beautiful exterior/interior. Wish they had some exciting engine options and a 6 speed auto.

You're possibly mistaken but the L15B7 is a plenty exciting engine for a Honda. The turbo can boost as much as 16.5 psi and is spry enough to move the car nearly as quickly to 60 mph as the previous generation Si which out powers it by over 25 hp. I mean we're talking mere tenths of a second, and that's with the CVT.

A CVT which in fact, offers a much smoother drive than any traditional automatic.

I don't know about you but I think this car is a hoot to drive.

???

The 5.3L V8 in the 9th Gen was 303HP (see image), and you've added an exhaust ... that _might_ be good for 3-5HP (if any).

Excellent point: Allow me to retort.

It's actually Car-Tuned turbo charged. The Impala SS is a transverse motor, which was is a workhorse to for the turbo placement under the heat shield. (Which had to be replaced with a more durable one To reflect any additional heat) It's dynoed at 471 horsepower, but give or take at 475 (But hey, who is counting).

The exhaust is a full Flowmaster Catback Exhaust, with the 10 Series intact. Deleted resonator to really give it the throaty idle. It actually added approximately 15 horsepower. And no, I refuse to remove the catalytic converter (Why risk it).

Let me know if you have any other questions. I love talking about this car and it's sitting in storage off site until Spring. Only three months away!

FYI, I've had a number of high performance cars, been tuning/racing/showing for decades (see The Car Thread ...). Any pics of the install on your car? 471 on the dyno? Corrected FWHP?

The performance shop I used actually did take photo's. (They take photo's of all their projects in photo albums.) . I don't have them in possession, but now that you mention it, it would be something I would want to keep being I have zero intentions of parting with this Car....ever.

Can you elaborate more on specifics what you have worked and or contributed to? Might be nice to have an online source from someone like yourself. (Aside from the vicious car forums on the web, you probably know what I'm referring too).
