My Ka (pronounced CAR!). I only drive to work in it, nice and nippy round the city centre and easy to park. CD, air-con so not poverty spec.

Pic is from Fords website, but mine is similar. Wife has a bigger car (Mazda 6 TS2) we use on longer journeys.

Don't have these in the US, far to small! Nice design though and being a Mac user thats what it's all about.

Cheers
MJJ

Trash Truck

I wish I had a picture of our old pickup (1989 Generic Toyota Pickup)...boy what a mess that thing was.

* Stolen in 1991; recovered half submerged in a lake 50 miles away.
* Bumper, bed liner stolen.

* Bumper replaced with a wooden plank painted black and some cheap signal lights mounted on it.

* Hood lock broke, replaced with a bungee cord.

* Horn did not worked, hacked a button under the dash.

* Starter was faulty, a cheap hack was made by a mechanic--a button under the dash would reroute the wiring, if normal ignition did not work. One would press the button while turning the key this was the de facto way to start the car.

My family used this car for over 11 years in this condition. We finally gave up and got rid of it last year. And I actually miss it a little...

Well I have 3 different vehicles. 2 cars and a motorcycle. 1 of the cars actually runs! its a 1971 volkswagen van, bus, transporter, slow german piece of ****, or whatever you call them. Depends if your in them or behind them :). In the picture I'm with my cousin's girlfriend. we were doing our "album Cover" shot. Saw it on southpark. Faith+1. I also have a 1971 Citroen staion wagon. It doesn't run but its a pretty car. I picked it up for 500 bucks. To bad the enigne is froze up :(. And my motorcycle is a 1976 Kawaski kz900. It gets it. I have traveled a little on it. In the pic I was getting ready to go to santa cruz from Weaverville. Not to far but fun. Oh well the van may not be super fast or have much for a heater. But it sure does have a lot of wingwindows for the summer. Nad it can haul alot of friends for some good times.

I just love those Citroën DS - especially the estate ones!
Does it have 'directionnal' headlights ?

I just sold my 1986 Toyota HiLux (similar)
these are it's issues:
-Leaky heater/radiator hose hoses,
-leaky rocker cover gasket,
-sticky throttle
-rusted out exhaust
-no hand break
-loose tappets
-no front right light assembly
-more rust than a gallon of bog would fix
-tailgate damage
-Kangaroo damage to front right
-stereo was 50% at best
-broken battery mounts
-broken second catch on the bonnet/hood

Boy was it a blast to dive though, was a true drivers car. I've got a fe photos of the front disc rotors glowing after a night cruze.

Cheers

My car

It's not a sports car, but I'm happy with it. My apple sticker is in the bottom right corner of the rear window.

And Lastly, The Rear.

Edit: Specs, 4.0i, Straight 6, 182Kw, 390Nm, All Aussie, 5 Speed Auto. You Americans will get the car eventually (like in the next 3 years)

For those Americans, it is a Ford Territory, only in Australia, and for those Aussies, it is the Prado and Klugger beater (yes it beat those car's sales combined)

Man, I love that car! I'm a Holden man myself but the Territory is seriously awesome. BTW, I don't think the Americans are getting it any time soon unless FoMoCo changes their opinions of Australian exports. :(

I am SOOOOO uncool! This is the only picture I have of my "car" -- a 1994 Voyager.

My other car is ever so slightly "cooler": a 2000 Passat wagon.

Here is one of my vehicles, (well not mine, consider me the chaufer) it really isn't economical to use for grocery runs, and the MPG are a little low, but it does go from Calf to NC on a single fill up, cruises at 540 mph, and can get to remote islands (kinda like an SUV I guess).
