So many car shows over the last few days. I missed a few due to prior engagements but I tried to snap as many photos as I possibly could within the given time frame. Here we go...

Japanese Classic:

There were a few Fairladies and other Z cars (240 & 260) but I'm still working on them. The lighting was so harsh as always. Car clubs and other organizers always have their shows or meets on pure sunny days so its just too bright and the colours look cooked hah. But I tried my best.

I'll be posting more in a few!

Yup! They don't make them like they use to. Many people ask me why don't I buy a new car instead of dumping more money into my old Prelude. But the new cars that are available aren't the same. Unless I'm able to purchase a Porsche but thats another story. hehe.
Onto more photos.

Here are a few more from me...

My favorite VW of all time but it needs some wider wheels to fill in those fender flares.
The girls that were inside were smokin' hot in my books!

I have many more photos I'll put up in the morning. A few exotic cars came out. I need sleep....

Not sure if these are "New" pics of the car, but it is the first I've seen it. McLaren's new MP4-12C GT3 racer. To me, when it comes to race cars, there are very few things better than a "Papaya Orange" McLaren, and this car is no exception. I think the road car is great looking, but like the F1 before it years ago, when spec'd up for race trim, it gets SOOO much sexier! I can't wait to see this thing in action.

Finally I have arrived.....
Taken from my trip to the Dallas Auto show last weekend; Nissan GTR aka Nissan Skyline. I've dreamed of having this car stateside for most of my youth. Now that it's finally here, Nissan guaranteed I will NEVER own one with the $80k price tag. :(
Even if you were able to manage to get one, you would be paying way too much for maintenance and wear and tear replacement parts.

This car is a masterpiece in terms of performance/(initial) price. But, the collateral damage is an excessive expense for parts and maintenance when you wring out as much performance as possible from a street legal sports car with the entry price still attainable for a regular guy.

The old guys in the second video are a little mistaken. The "432" badge on the side of the Fairlady has nothing to do with cubic inches. In fact, they were only 2.0L engines (122ci). The "Fairlady Z 432" was simply a special, limited version of the normal Fairlady. The 432 number stood for the "4 valve, 3 carb, 2 cam" specs of the 6-cylinder engine. This is similar to what Oldsmobile did with the 60's 442, which stood for "4-barrel carb, 4-speed trans, dual exhaust". The Z in the video has a more modern RB25 Skyline engine in it, whereas the original Z 432 came with the then-current Skyline S20 2.0L, 6-cylinder engine.

What kind of BMW do you recommend for a young bachelor business guy in a popular downtown location? I was thinking about the 3 series.

lol I know eh! I didn't want to post that video but I just like how clean that Fairlady looks. I want to see the Z they were taking about near the end with some crazy horses.

Still one of the most beautiful supercars I have ever seen. Considering it shares so much in common with the gt 40 styling (it is a homage to it after all) the look will always be classic. I can't really think of many cars I would rather have if I had my choice.

I believe those are custom rims. I would change those but it's not like I'm complaining.

I snapped 240 car photos today. Huge car show down in Kent, WA. Never waking up and leaving at 4am just to see a million civics ever again but it was still fun as I was passenger this time. So I snapped some rolling photos of the group that I was with cruising down...

Although a tad blurry and this is my first time trying rollies, I'm still fairly proud of this. It was pouring rain but I really wanted some rolling photos and I didn't wake up so early for nothing so I tried my best. I have plenty more I'll be posting in a bit.

EDIT: Here are two more.
