that brings me back to my childhood and the Poo-Chi Electronic Dog
Haha I remember those! These guys are a little bit different. I work with Sony as an ambassador for them, but it seemed like a cool subject to try to get photos of since they move a lot. I wanted to see how crisp the photos would turn out if I just shot them as normal.

I can't for the life of me understand why Apple keeps crushing shadows and blowing out highlights in bright scenes. Again, based on the photos I've seen through all the reviews and some of the photos posted here there isn't much of an upgrade coming from the 13 Pro.
Don't forget that the pics posted ONLINE are not always equal to what is REAL.

Already posted in another thread, however might also fit here.

Wide lens with extreme crop - difference between 12mp (iPhone 13 pro max) & 48mp is nuts:

Moreover, photonic engine seems to work quite fine. Here two examples of 15x, both iPhones on tele lens. The 14s processing is more what I would expect regarding sharpness & a reduced water color effect.

That 15x example is fantastic improvement in detail. Will be great for those occasional distant landscape, nature or wildlife shots where you need to max out the zoom.
