I thought the iPhone 15 have 12 megapixel front cameras but I just saw in photo details that the camera shoot in 7 megapixel?

Seems like it's outstanding in good light, very dodgy in low light, which of course makes sense for any camera. The low light stuff...some of it is decent, but lots of it is blurry (maybe just too much hand movement to stabilize).

And please people, wipe your lens off and keep it clean!

Yeah, some people here clearly don’t clean their lens or know much about taking a photo. Sorry, just the truth.

This is exactly how I feel. Pictures outside look incredible and I can see the quality difference between the 14p and 15p for sure. I just wish my 15p performed as well indoors as my 14p did.

I'm completely amused that there are so many cat photos being posted as example photos. That's pretty much all I do with the camera on my iPhone. Here's one of my little guy taken with my 15 Pro in portrait mode and the 3x zoom. 1/30s exposure. It's not very well lit so I'm quite pleased with the results given the lighting.

I'm very pleased with how big of a difference my 15 Pro's camera is from the camera of the iPhone X that it replaced. I also have an iPad Mini 6. Big step up from that too.

It's not quite good enough that I'll no longer feel compelled to carry around at least a small mirrorless when I'm expecting to take photos, but the camera that's always going to be with me just got a big upgrade.

I was going for a late walk with the dog at my moms house in the woods and thought I try out the camera with my 15PM. It was pitch black but damn look at this results and this is without editing!
Had to take a screenshot of the photos without night mode because image is too big.

I used the take the train to college every morning and this really brought back those nostalgic memories for me. Thank you for sharing this great photo!
Same. Went to school there and have great memories of being happily wasted at Reading stn every Fri/Sat. No ticket barriers in the 90s..! Great photo, thanks for the memory.
