Hahah! that’s funny. iPhone 12 looks so outdated. No idea what the camera is doing, LOL!

Oil on canvas?

I got a 13 Pro myself and these shots are worrying. Wtf is that. Looks painted.
This is “digital zoom” which is just an enlarged cropped picture. The pictures taken using the native focal lengths look nothing like that.

Except for its poor minimum focus distance, calling the 12 PM outdated is quite a stretch. It has the same sensor as the regular 13 and pictures are almost indistinguishable from the 13 Pro when using the wide (main) lens.
