I usually keep my iPhone on that mount so that it charges while I'm driving and my iPhone is usually not connected to CarPlay but my Pixel is always on Android Auto. So I really don't need to have my Pixel mounted there, especially since it's a bigger phone. But I just want to test it to see how it goes with it. But I don't plan on doing it long-term as that spot is for the smaller iPhone..Any advantage to having the phone mounted, as opposed to just using Android Auto?
Never been a fan of having a phone mounted to my dash, but may be the Audi Pilot in me speaking
Fair enough. Haven't tried Android auto in ages, I didn't like it, but haven't tried it in a while. The implementation on Audi may be terrible too, but I should try on my rental car I am driving this week.
AA is okay I like to keep it on for the Waze ..this city is full of cameras ...ruins the BMW driving experience
..I do have camera detection on my heads-up display but I think it needs some updates as it misses too many spots ...I only keep the iPhone on the mount for ease of FaceTime and quick responses lol ..

Haha too funny! This is an issue that we seem to have in common lol.. I'm still trying to sell some of the ZF2 cases that I'm holding and there's plenty of them. Nobody wants a good deal on a case I guess lol.. I've heard good things about that. ZF3 case but this time I decided to just buy the silicone one and keep it as only one case for the phone.. I love my ZF3 but I've yet to pick it up since I picked up this P6P... How much did you say you wanted for that iPhone 13 Pro Max? LolDang it. As a side note after waiting all this time for the Thin Fit P, I'm liking it only because its a better option to the Samsung Spen Flip case which sucked. The case fitment is great and quality is fine but the "growth" that holds the Spen on the top half of the phone when folded really sucks. Makes it difficult to touch the FPS on the power button beneath it. I don't know why they can't just incorporate some type of sleeve on the back of one of these cases for the pen. Oh well, still an improvement.
Still loving the P6 Pro, but I haven't been using it as much as my Sim has mostly been in the ZF 3 the past several days. Out and about alot with kids sports over the weekend and appreciated the screen to watch college football on Saturday and the Cowboys on Sunday. I'm kinda wishing I hadn't purchased my 13 Pro Max. May just throw it on swappa since they are hard to find and I'm sure I'll get my money back. Not missing iOS at all. The 13 PM still has the best camera in my opinion. The portrait shots I've got out of it are nothing short of stunning, but the P6 Pro isn't far behind and I know Google will be more likely to fine tune their camera in updates while Apple will wait till the next iPhone to make any improvements or add any features to their camera.

I've been using the Pixel 6 solely for my Android device for the last few days and today I went back to the S21 ultra. The difference is very noticeable to me, the S21 ultra screen is so lush. I might return my regular 6 and try the Pro instead.

I hear ya.... I don't love the curve on the S21 Ultra but it was still a great phone. Same with the Pixel 6 Pro...wish it have a flat screen but the curve doesn't stop the Pro from being a great phone.
