Jeez. What is Google’s obsession with bezels. The watch and tablet looks like it came out in 2015.

The trade in offers for current Pixel users is meh. At least Samsung and Apple really make it enticing to upgrade. Google screws last years buyers once again.

Pixel 7 has bluetooth 5.3 and 7 pro just bluetooth 5.2? maybe its a mistake?
i suspect it would be vice versa or both to have 5.3

Edit: it was an issue, both have BT5.2

What I want to know is: are they using a ultrasonic fingerprint scanner now and have they given the pixel 6 a GOOD screen without red/purple tint, color shifting and with BAD display uniformity? They didn't mention any of that, which makes me think they are using last year's panels and just increased the brightness :/ Can't wait for some proper reviews

I pre-ordered a Pixel 7. $100 back for my 4a5G and I got $100 off for being a Fi customer. Also ordered an LTE Pixel Watch (I'm still using an OG Huawei Watch!), figured for the $50 more I'd take the LTE version and if I decide it uses too much of my data on Fi I can just disable the LTE.

The Fi site wouldn't let me order both together, sadly. I also need buds, have to do a separate order for those on the regular Google store. Would have been nice to get a package deal.

Guess Google store is more convenient with Watch delivery on same day?

I always had issue with Currys in the past but I could suck up for P6P £450 trade-in. Finger crossed Currys work to the act this time
Tbh I didn’t even realise Watch delivery was same day through Google. But it’s a bonus.
I thought it was via redemption like the third party sellers.

I’m going to stick with my Google order anyways as can’t be bothered with the faff of the refund now etc.

Yeah, I think it is better stick to Google order. That whole refund thing is no fun. I been there. And also with participants seller, they aren't as good as Google store service.

If Apple would do a Pixel tablet-style charging base for their iPad Mini that would turn it into a Google Home-style smart display ... I'd never have to worry about replacing my Google Nest Hub when it dies.

I really want to order the 7, but I'm not giving Google my money until this gets some real world exposure. The 6 had its issues and I want to know if Google addressed them; cell reception, fingerprint reader, and battery life are what I'm most interested in. I travel for work so the modem on this thing has to be that of the competition or better.

I have an iPhone 13 now and it's a solid device, not gonna lie. I've been Android for most of the last decade, but I'm glad I passed on both the S22 series and the Pixel 6 series. I'm just done with iOS and I'm really hoping the Pixel 7 is a home run.
