X a bunch

Well like everyone else I jumped in on the TouchPad deal... I got myself a 32gb at Office Depot and bought three 16gb's as suprise gifts for family at Best Buy on Saturday morning (hoping they would drop in price so I could price match and thankfully they did...).

I actually really enjoy using it. I overclocked it to 1.7GHz and it really helps bring the speed up to where it should have originally been. While there may be very few good apps (and trust me...there are like 3) its one heck of an internet device for $99. And hey if anything it will at least be something to read from when i'm doing the deed on my "throne"...:p

After returning Deadrisng 2 after playing only 2 hours of it, I returned it(atrocious load times). Instead I signed up for the $15/year Gamestop membership. They just got the new game informer in so he tossed in an old issue too.

Then I grabbed lunch from China Max. Mmmm

Then hit 80 balls at the golfing range. Only once did I hit it sideways .

2 way ticket to Calgary, I'm going to visit my aunt for 10 days. We're going to Banff and Lake Louise for beautiful sceneries and photography session. And last but not least, the biggest mall in Canada, West Edmonton Mall.

That bed post looks wonderful. I was thinking about making one in bambo or cedar.

I just ordered a mac mini and some additional ram.

Has 4 2"x4"x96" pieces in the back. Each piece of wood is either 24", 48", or 72" long and 6", 8", 10" or 12" wide. 4 2" wood screws in each piece

We also used hammers, nails, screws, etc to "beat up" the wood, to give it the old "reclaimed" wood look.

Some people can't turn up a deal.

As DewGuy1999 noted, it's a Cyberman head.

Classics.

Today's delivery: A (70's?) masonite "Matchbox®" shop sign.

That bed does look great.

Nice Mac Mini purchase. I'm probably going to order the same one from Amazon in the next day or two. Which RAM did you order, 8GB of the Corsair?

It's pretty funny.

I was watching when DataVis listed all nearly 7,000 of theirs on eBay for $120. Once word got out, they were selling like 500/minute. It was insane. I didn't bite, though. I don't need one since I have an iPad, and $100 is still a lot of money for me. I don't see resale being very good either since the price cut has been trickling down to other retailers. I really can't understand why people are bidding $300 for them on eBay right now. eBay will be flooded with them soon enough, and they'll be much cheaper.

Ordered from CDWG, hope I get it. My friend had his order cancelled after receiving confirmation, apparently they sold out in about 10 minutes.
