My purchase - a long time coming but very happy with this purchase. It's awaiting a set of saddlebags to be installed and I pick it up at the end of this week.

hey contrats on your purchase, I was looking to get this particular lens for my Nikon as well, I heard it performs incredibly well for the price. Did you get the Nikon or Canon version? how do you like it?

Thanks. It's for my Canon. I read up on it a lot before buying and i've read you almost have to try to make it shake on purpose before it will blur pictures. Apparently the stabilization is amazing on it. I'll let you know when i get it. I ordered it last night on Amazon, so i won't have it for a few more days.
I have weird problems with mine and OS X. For example, if I try to drag a desktop icon from my iMac's monitor to a external monitor it looses the connection for a split second so the folder drops to the desktop.
Let me know if you have the same problem or anything similar.
Just out of curiosity, do the product names tell you anything at all, or is it just bjarka bjurka?

I had this case! Great texture, fit, and protection.
I have the Ikea Expedit in black. Very handy, and looks good. Surprisingly lightweight, but probably because the materials are so cheap. Whatever. The price was low and it looks good.
