Source? All I could find were reports from 2009 saying they were going to open a store within Selfridges, but I couldn't find anything about it closing down.

It seems like I have gotten things mixed up. I remembered hearing talk about it a few years ago, and verifying facts on Google gave me the impression it had opened and shut down. But apparently it was a store in London, Ontario that had shut down. Not London, UK.

Stupid Canadians, stealing cities' names like that ;)

Initial thoughts on it are VERY positive. Its a joy to use. It's so fast and leaves me depressed when I have to use my company iPhone during business hours

Would be very interested in your opinions on this vs. the Galaxy Nexus. That phone is giving me serious gadget envy. I currently have a Nexus and this would be my upgrade path for Android. Only thing holding me back is Sense.

If you don't want to fill this thread, I would be most grateful for a PM.

The title of this thread should be: Post a Picture of Your Last Purchase so we can all bitch about it.

On an unrelated note:

I bought this book

DIAJ-feature_1.jpg

That book is terrible. You really should have purchased the "Design for Dummies" book. (Insert pompous justification here)

Fast as in the network speed or fast as in the processor? And you can actually tell the difference on a phone using different processors? I'm not sure how people do that. I can't tell the difference on something so small using different processors.

Nice phone, btw.

It was about $17 which I don't mind at all. I've seen the cheaper prices over on Amazon.com but I'm in Canada.

One of my buddies has this in the purple/blue so that's one of the reasons I decided on this case! It fits really well.

What case is it? Do you have a link? Thanks

My recommendations (if I may) for reading to the young ones:
Audrey and James Woods-(Awesome illustrations!)
Heckity Peg
King Bigoods in the Bathtub

Dr. Seuss- Oh the places you'll go

happy moon- can't rem. author

All the little books like:
Mr. happy
Mr. sad
Mr. Bump
etc...there are at least 50 of them

I remember reading every night to my son like it was yesterday:eek:

enjoy the time:)
