I have a question that I've been wondering for a while. How do you run a wallpaper like that? Don't people look at your phone or anything? So many kids take my phone and play games and stuff on it I wouldn't be able to use anything like that

Well it's pretty simple really: I would never let a kid on my phone, tablet, or laptop. They are full of things kids shouldn't be looking at (there's an app for a fetish site on right there on the homescreen!) and I'm not censoring what I do on my own devices because of that - the more logical solution is not to let them get their sticky chocolate covered hands all over my stuff in the first place. And then there's the obvious problem of "the kid is likely to drop and break my gadget worth hundreds of pounds." Plus I just plain don't like kids.

I do of course let my mates use my stuff occasionally, but they know me and if anything they'd be more surprised if I didn't have a half naked lady on my background :p

As for people seeing my devices out and about, well yeah, they do. And a small portion of those might see my wallpaper. And I guess they're now in on the little known secret that human sexuality exists. Shh, don't tell anyone ;)

Cheers :)

Haha I see what you're saying about kids breaking gadgets. Here's what left of my nexus 4 after some kids got hold of it ImageUploadedByTapatalk1373700380.192179.jpg

I would run my devices like you, but I guess I'd be embarrassed. I'm jealous of how well you just shrug it off though. That's less than I can say.

I didn't mean for it to seem like I'm not approving of it, I was jug generally curious! Thanks for answering!

See, lesson learned, keep them kids off your phone. If anything having a wallpaper like mine would act as a good kid repellent, parents wouldn't let you give your phone to their kids with it looking like that ;)

A friend of mine was showing off his porn collection on his S3 in a bar just recently, so honestly I'm pretty mild (although for the purposes of full disclosure it wasn't as bad as I just made it sound, we booked the place out for a private event) :p

To get a bit more serious for a minute if I may... Honestly the way I see it, the way our society demonises human sexuality is pretty ridiculous. I don't see why we consider it taboo and why we dictate people should be embarrassed to admit to or discuss it, let alone be open about it. It's pretty much the most natural function of human beings. It's what we're "designed" to do! Why are we raised to see it as a shameful thing? The fact you'd be embarrassed to have a picture like that on your own phone demonstrates how prude our society is and I think it's a real shame.

That's how we are. If you went to Walmart naked you'd be arrested. If you weren't wearing a shirt you'd be kicked out. It's how the world works now. There are only a few people who are really publicly open about sexuality and there are people who are only open about it with friends (me). This will never change and anything sexual will remain inappropriate in most people's eyes

Now back to the original reason for the thread, Screenshots!

I'm not saying we should shove it in everyone's faces, I'm just saying we shouldn't feel ashamed to have pictures like my wallpaper on our own phones, for example.

Yes indeed! :D

I am not against what people do on their private devices, but just because some people aren't so hot on the whole "naked womenz everywhere plz" idea doesn't mean the society sees human sexuality in a bad way. After all it has a big place in our lives, but there is a reason we are more than just mere animals with no intellect.

/$0.02 finished.

On topic: Almost done with my setup so will post it soon! UCCW is too powerful but way too hard to setup too :(

No kidding about the kids part. My niece put a nice little dent on a perfectly good 2012 mbp and I'm still miffed about it. As for the wallpaper, I wouldn't be that concerned about a kid seeing it. Kids care a lot less than we do about those things and would most likely laugh and just say eww (heck they'd be a hell of a lot more likely to run around naked than we would) Our society has this obsession with nudity as a sin that I think is way out of proportion and we are just simply too overprotective.

Couldn't agree more!

The funny thing is, sex is a perfectly natural enjoyable act, yet we have this bag taboo around even the human body, let alone footage of actual sex acts. But show a kid a film full of people getting shot to death and apparently that's perfectly healthy. Go figure
