Hm. He appears to be growing rapidly - looking at that picture it is clear that he no longer looks like a kitten.
Not really a pet, but was learning to walk in my dining room, LOL
Scale is everything of course. If I can get a shot of him and Puma next to one another then you'll see how much smaller Cassini is still. But, he is indeed growing rapidly and is about 6 pounds now!
Ah, yes.
I have no doubt that he would still look small if photographed beside Puma, but looking at that picture, I think he has lost the features that would have defined him as a kitten.
If anything, he looks like a lanky teenager, a lanky teenaged cat.
I purchased a new floor lamp from Home Depot today... The box is under the cats...
This is where I found one of our cats (not a foster cat) the other day. He was too lazy to move after the pillow fell on him. This is the same cat I use as a remote control rest as he is so stubborn and will not move, and is ALWAYS on my side of the couch

This is my little Shih-Tzu, Ginger. Or more accurately, this is the dog to whom I belong. She has me wrapped around her fuzzy little paw and she knows it.
She is a friggin' genius when it comes to manipulating me. Some people say their pets don't know they're not people. My dog knows she's a dog - she's just confused about where she stands in the whole order. And I have done nothing to disabuse her of the idea that she's at the apex.

Now THAT is exactly the kind of dog I imagined I'd have. But nooooooo-ooooo. The wife and kids just HAD to get a Shih-Tzu. And now the little fuzzball owns me. I love shepards of all kinds though.
