They do have small side teeth for chewing - but no front teeth. So likely if one gets nipped, it would be with the front of the bill.

Still, keep hands in pockets.

I would walk through a large park with lots of these creatures wandering. They would take over the walking paths. I would just put my hands in my pockets and plow through - on occasion, getting honked at.

Obviously, if these geese appear threatening don't go near them, there could be baby geese they are protecting.

The geese at the park I go to experience people daily, and probably don't give a flying 'bill' about them.

Always go with what feels comfortable.

Yes, I understand that. Still a very fascinating wildlife.
 
My Bella. She is my best friend n best dog ever. From looking at her you would never know that she doesn’t have long to go. We found out she has blood cancer and a heart tumor a week ago.
Not trying to bring sadness to the forum but did want to share her beautiful face with everyone.
