Sorry for the hijack here but I bought it when he tried to sell me on something less money. Maybe it was him pushing the other brand.

I have the Cuisinart Ice Cream maker and it's ok. The kitchenaid will be much better, just turn your freezer temp as low as it will go and leave the churn in there for about a day, I usually do for at least 24 hours. The Cuisinart only works on one speed so when the mixture starts to really firm up you can't whip it harder to incorporate air. Besides, why have something that only does one thing? A kitchenaid will last literally forever, you'll have to put it in your will.

I got a ton of stuff, but my favorite gift wasn't even for me. My 5 year old niece got a plasma cart and my entire family used it all day long. We're buying 4-5 more of them. lol. They're so much fun.

Santa was very good to me this year, like always. My "main" gift was a WiFi+3G Kindle with the Amazon case and a extended two year warranty, I've been wanting this for a while. I also got a bunch of Blu-Rays, lots of Amazon gift cards (according to the package two of them were from my dogs.lol), iTunes gift cards, some cloths, a new tripod for my DSLR, a really nice bracelet, and a few other nice stocking stuffer items.

For me an unexpected gift was a kindle. I never really expressed much interested in them to either of my parents but they do know I like to read. I always though it was kind of a limited device and then I am given on. Get a book on and and started reading to day. I have to say I am very surpised and find that I really like. People are not kidding whey they say eink is very nice to read off of. Much nicer than a back lite LCD screen (iPad, iPod, iPhone). I see my reading going up a lot now.

As of today, I worked a full 7 hours shift and an hour of over time. By making time and a half the first 7 hours and time and a half to the time and a half for the 1 hour the next paycheck will be REALLY nice. I think I shall buy an Apple TV.

I'd take a picture, but my iphone broke yesterday and I've got until January 16th until I am eligible for an upgrade at ATT or I may just switch to Sprint or Verizion and get a Galaxy S Android. I can't decide if I want the 4g or Android.

Lol! Yup! ... Was my most looked forward to game this Christmas! Really thankful my mom got me the bundle!

Also bought Donkey Kong Country Returns a couple days ago at a GREAT bargain... but might return it since I probably won't get to it in a while.

All in all, a fantastic Christmas. It's been a very hard year for me and my family; but you certainly wouldn't be able to tell today. I'm very, very grateful for my wonderful and loving family, and am very glad that I could see all my family over the last couple days.
