Some software from work and a Jolby camera strap from a colleague.

Haven't really tried either out yet properly.

I don't have pictures of these yet, but I got 2 brand new factory unlocked iPhone 3GS 16GB. Going to use one and the other is going on the shelf.

Replacement HP Chromebook 11. Mine had a faulty trackpad which caused the mouse to disappear for long periods of time. So far this one is working like a champ. :D

Got some wear on it, screen is smashed (just the glass, the actual screen is fine) and the USB port is ****ed but if you use an external battery charger it still seems to work perfectly. Still trying to work out how to root and flash a custom recovery without use of the USB port though.

Got this MacBook Pro 15" 2008 for free with laptop cooler. (Both working but macbook needs a fresh software install).

Got an old Cinema Display yesterday. Works great but is super massive. Great resolution as well.

How do you like those machines?
They're great for what they're meant for - surfing the web, streaming music and taking notes at university. It's as fast/powerful as the original iPad, so put that into consideration if you're looking to buy one. If you open more than 5 tabs you're going to see some lag. The new ones are way more powerful though now that they have i3 processors.

Coming from a person who mainly uses PPC Macs, they seem like great browsers.

That's their primary function. Since I got my Chromebook I've been using my MacBook Pro less and less, mostly because it's easier to lay in bed or sit on the couch with an 11" laptop than a 7lb cMBP. I have an iPad Air, too but sometimes you just want a physical keyboard.

I'm using my Chromebook to type this/browse MR.

That is what the iBook G3 is for... In the next couple of years I am no longer going to have PPCs on the Internet due to the web standards unfortunately.

I am listening to that right now, I am on the 5th song and haven't heard a song I like yet.

Though I Achtung Baby and Joshua Tree I like almost all the song.

I'm quite partial to Sleep Like a Baby Tonight, but then again, all of this music junk is just subjective, innut? On an even less related note, I've gotten U2 and Coldplay confused since childhood—both seem to be purveyors of long, sustained, high-pitched chorusy sounds fitted around lyrics that vaguely pertain to… um, pain and sad.

I stopped at Raised By Wolves, which was the first song that I thought was ok. I will probably finish the album later tonight.
