The Vector theme and AT&T carrier logo, both on Cydia. Also, a self-made CA Highway 60 icon for Maps. Much better than the I-280 icon from Northern CA. :D

This theme looks great. I assume it's just the icons that it modifies??

How do you change the icons though? I think everything looks really good except for the YouTube icon...

Changing the clock background on lock screen.

Can someone lead me to the clock background image on the lock screen so I can modify it? I have seen this on several lock screens, but I cannot find the file or a theme that modifies this image.

Thanks.

Looks really good. I've been looking around but I can't seem to find out how. How can I get the NeoFonts to replace the system font like you did??

Rename both files to helvetica and overwrite the original files. They are in the system/library/fonts/cache folder... I think thats the location, I cant check right now. But you need to rename the neofont files to match the 2 helvetica fonts and overwrite them.

Reboot when done.

duffer,

Unfortunately the spinning beachball does not spin. I don't think there is a way to animate it....but here it is if you still want it. Still beats the standard folder that says "loading" This is already formated to center on your screen. There is a transparent background that you can't see.

Bear Hunter,

I have created animated beach ball and burn (blue and black, not yellow and black) progress loaders. They don't completely replace the iPhone default images. I'm not entirely sure why yet, but I'm working on it. Anyone out there know why? I know why they don't work for the maps application and I am working on an animated loader.

If you want them, I can email them to you or post them somewhere (never done this before though). Feel free to do with them what you want.

duffer

Edit: the maps loading animation is complete.

Ok I know this has been beat to death but can somebody break down the installation of the weather widget for me? I try to download the file from macthemes and when I go to open it, it tells me "There is no default application specified to open the document "weatherwidget.theme".

I've almost got my phone exactly where I want it and this is the last thing I want. I've got open SSH on my phone and I understand how to get in, I just don't know what to do with this file I downloaded and where to put what.

Thanks for any and all help!

Umm, you have WinRAR, you might need that..if its a .rar file, to extract it. then in the Configureme.cs(I think the file format is .cs, not entirely sure) enter your city. and then just SSH into your phone. then from Winterboard, enable it.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that I'm using a Mac.

Hate to say it FS, but that wasn't a breakdown. That was telling me exactly what's been said multiple times throughout this thread.

Just go into cydia and download "wbapp"...the weather widget is on there and is totally customizable from wbapp. By using cydia, you don't even have to ssh into your phone to put it in.

Take out the "." and it will turn into a folder.

"weatherwidget.theme" to "weatherwidgettheme"
Just click yes when it asks if you are sure.

then just SSH that folder into your phone. Of course after you edited the ConfigureMe file with your city in it.

Anyone know how to set this theme? I'd really like to go with this direction - looks very professional.

I already downloaded winSCP, installed OpenSSH...just need to know the rest. I could not locate Glass Orb anywhere either.

Edit: Ok, this is the closest I got to it. Could not get the blue glass orb to work like the one above but I'm content with this for now...

How did you get that? Is it in cydia or did you make it yourself?

I got the Glass Orb theme working...sorta lol. My Icons aren't "DOCKED" into the theme. like. my dock doesn't look like that, it looks like my icons are normal, and then BEHIND my icons is the GlassOrb dock.

I'm a newbie to this, but can't you make your icons invisible via Boss Prefs? would that work?

Thanks, It's Ultimate Leopard. It's not really plug and play. I took a few things that I liked, did some modifying, and created a few things.

Washed out the icons a little to go better with the wallpaper

were did you find your background the wood one? its dimmed correct?
also i downloaded your clear folders but im new to this stuff how do i find where it is in cyberduck? there are too many folders to find where to paste it.

I did this and got it to appear on my phone, but it just sits there saying "Loading". I left my phone awake all the way home from work and nothing ever loaded.

Anything I need to do to fix this or do I just need to figure out the SSH and do it the hard way?

mine

The best part about being jailbroken is the Metal Gear SMS noise... and the 5 icon dock... and being able to search my phone for anything just by pushing the home key... :D

The whole MGS sound theme is pretty awesome... I hope I can get it on 1.1.4....
