yea i figured it would be faster than client, its a server!!!! but i was just wondering because its an older 1ghz dual machine... sounds like a true beast though!

If anything, Server might be a bit slower in regards to visual responsiveness, priority is set more to server part of it. It's a great computer and I use it for an AFP server, DHCP server for my network, web server, torrent downloader and media player, it's display is a 32" plasma.

yup i thought as much, of course priority would be set to the underlying tasks more than the UI. glad to hear that it works well though!
