New build:
Intel C2Duo E2140
Asus P5KPl-AM
nVidia Geforce 8500GT 512MB
1GB DDR2 (512x2)
80GB HDD

CPU, RAM, DVD and Dell Media card reader were salvaged from a Dell Vostro someone had thrown away and smashed up. Everything works and is replacing our old eMac 700MHz.

Very pleased with it! :D

How do you like it? I am thinking about getting it, how well does it run Aperture/Photoshop? But I may just up to a MBP...

I'm pretty much in love with it lol. I've never run Aperture or Photoshop but I'm pretty sure it will handle them with ease... Especially once Snow Leopard is out. The only real benefit I could see with the MBP and those programs is screen real estate.

Nothing particularly exciting.

Why do some 'About This Mac' screens show the Startup Disk and others don't? Is it because those that don't only have one bootable partition?

How do you folks customize your "About" screens? Is there a guide I can refer to try it on my own?
