obligatory stop at pappadeaux
18 oz cajun ribeye, mashed reds and broccolini

blackened salmon, crab, shrimp, sweet corn beurre blanc

garlic butter, spicy crawfish at wild cajun.

some home cooking:
mr kram's world famous garlic, cheesy bread

"japanese style" carbonara

roasted garlic prime rib, au gratin, roasted asparagus

ice cream sandwich "strawberry shortcake"

here's a meal at zinc bistro in san antonio. it was a couple blocks from the alamo where we took the kids. i think it's related to boudro's. pretty good food, especially for lunch. probably wouldn't go there for dinner.

Stuffed peppers with garlic cream and zucchini sticks.

"Soyrizo" tacos with sweet onion, cilantro, cabbage, and freshly made guac.

Crunchy broccoli salad made from stuff I had on hand: red pepper, red onion, sliced almonds, craisins.
