Cut up? On that wooden picnic table? It looked like the gravy was ready to ooze through the slats. Doesn't seem all that sanitary but maybe I missed something.

Michael

It was the only way.
But i assure you, the wooden board was cleaned up by the time I was finished.

Am i just seeing things? Or is that waffle cone pieces and maple syrup? If so, that's an interesting take on chicken and waffles
wow good eye sir! it was a very cool take on the traditional chicken and waffles... chicken wings were deep fried in buttermilk like normal but then drizzled with caramel maple syrup and crushed waffle cone ... sounds odd but came out phenomenal taste-wise XD

Hummm This was...

1/2 cup Oikos Fat free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk (Ran out of Vanilla!)
1/2 Cup Quaker old fashioned Oats
1tbsp Chia Seeds

Mix together refrigerate overnight

Cut up banana and mixed it in this morning.

We have been trying new and different recipes and if you google overnight oats there's a ton that comes up. Fantastically healthy and filling breakfast.

Thanks, will try it ASAP :)

Someone didn't like shrimp, hence the filet? ;)

What the heck are the "tortillas?"

Michael

the filet was a leftover piece from the day before. i cooked it for the dogs. :)

the tortillas are called "bao" in chinese. it's a steamed bun made with milk and a touch of sugar.

jumbo shrimp scampi with herb crust (ala eric's salmon recipe). also you can't tell, but these are U6-8 from costco, pretty big.

My little treat from last night. I had seen the idea on the Sam Adams twitter feed and thought, "what the heck". Not bad. As the ice cream (only used vanilla) melted it became more creamy. The blueberry taste from the beer was nice. Not overbearing at all. Not something I'd do a lot, but for a quick change in dessert options, it wasn't bad at all.
