Well, @Mr Kram - your posts are a treat for anyone with an interest in, or passion for, good food. I find myself positively salivating just reading them.
I cannot post a picture as my phone (which I rarely take with me when I head out) is an antique Nokia.
However, today in an excellent French restaurant, my lunch was a superlative bowl of wild garlic soup, the sort of soup that was so good, you didn't just finish it, but made sure that every last drop was mopped up with the delicious French bread that accompanied it.
sounds devine. you think of most soups as basic (and many are), but if executed properly, you want to lick the bowl clean.
