The tiny pizzas are actually just stickers, for decoration. Amazingly enough no one made tiny pizzas because everyone thought they were too obvious and assumed someone else was going to make them.

Ah, I wear glasses, so I wasn't sure whether those pizzas were coasters, stickers, or actual pizzas. It did occur to me to think that you would have remarked upon them, had they been real.

Still, it is a stunning spread - I was salivating as I scrolled down the page.
