That all looks fantastic! Do you have a recipe for the Goi Du Du that you would be willing to share? I have a two Paw Paw (Papaya) trees, one mature and fruiting and the other not here at home and I love this when made traditionally.

Chuc Mung Nam Moi. The Goi du du looks amazing, can you share the recipe and steps? I love this dish but have never attempted myself as I'm not sure where to start.

Just had some custard caramel pudding that I made for the first time yesterday. So easy to make - and mine came out pretty well the first time (need to experiment with the hardness of the caramel... although the taste was spot on).
