It's Shrove Tuesday so it has to be pancakes!

I went with bacon and egg. The bacon was nice and crispy, the egg was good and runny and the pancakes were pretty good too.

Had a ribeye and tomato bisque at BJs for lunch!

Dinner last night.
Beef round tip roast stuffed with garlic-herb chèvre, wrapped in prosciutto, topped with a tangy horseradish sauce, and sprinkled with black truffle salt.
All on a bed of arugula salad.

Sorry I haven't been nearly as active on here or on my food blog, guys.
I've had to focus on getting my new business (see sig) up and running!
