Homemade pizza with an olive oil base, pepperjack cheese, pancetta, and blue cheese crumbles ontop. Then for dessert, I made a nice big pan of bread pudding with a Brandy sauce. Healthy? Hell no. Nice to indulge for a day? Hell yeah.
