I too lazy too!

So....Ditto. and i love it, has been wonderful as an all-in-one. I bought a 4gb SD card for it, and never worry about missing something to video or snap.

I have four cameras:

HP Photosmart 315 (circa 1999), my main camera, it rocks! and for $10....
Apple Quicktake 200 (1997). Dont really use it cause its so rare).
Olympus Camedia D-390- Bought new in Jan. 2005 for $100, the swith broke in Nov. or something.
Sony Mavica FD-88(one of those HUGE expensive floppy models) Never used it(though I wish I could), needs weird battery.
The latter two were for free, BTW.

I have an Ixy 700 (Ixus 750 / SD550) although mine has a slight chip in one corner after dropping it trekking up a mountain in Kobe  :D

Great camera.

Got a Fuji F440, which is a nice 4.1mp camera and takes good pictures, but has low light issues, even the slightest movement when taking pictures of cityscapes etc will result in blurring - not sure which part of P&S camera's causes this fault (shutter time not slow/fast enough?) but may start looking at a D-SLR soon, for the above reason as well as the fact that I MAY have spotted a dead white pixel on the CCD on my recent photo postings of my rig...... :(

I only have a 512 but that seems to be plenty for a days worth of shooting for me. I like it because you can use it as a P&S but it also has some good manual settings that are fun to play around with.

Canon S70.

Absolutely love it, think it's one of the best compact cameras. I have a young child and want a small camera I can carry in my purse at all times, to capture those unexpected special moments.

I haven't upgraded to the S80 b/c Canon switched from a metal body to plastic, which I don't like. I love the metal body with the integrated lens cover on the S70 -- very sturdy. And the picture quality is excellent.

the Canon s70 really is a great great P&S. i was looking into picking one up for my "on the run" shots.

but i wind up using my 5D w/ no battery grip and the 35mm f/1.4 :)

Soooooo nice. I want a MkII so bad I can taste it.

I'm about to be in the market, but I'll probably have to "settle" for a 5D.

Ever heard of this thing called a thumbnail? It makes your image smaller so you don't stretch the page.
