Old results from Dec. 10:

Location: West Los Angeles
ISP: Time Warner

New results:

Same Location: West Los Angeles
Same ISP: Time Warner (no change to service)

I moved to a new place (only 2 blocks south of where I used to live) and I bought the Netgear RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Router (WNDR3300).

Retested this morning:

@Uni

I'm a bit disappointed, it seems I don't have the whole ~250Mbit Line for myself at the moment. :)

Surfing is fine though. :D

are you ****ing serious? $45USD a month? I'm paying like $65USD a month, and I get 25/2. Jeeze... so how's Stockholm this time of year? :D

Don't forget their country is less than 1/22th out ours, so it's no surprise they can have a faster internet when they have a lot less infrastructure of build; also the relationship isn't entirely linear.

How is mine so low? It doesnt seem slow at all. And according to that site, in 2008 my result was this.

I dont know what tariff Im on or whatever coz my dad pays it, but christ, compared to everyone else Im like a bloody tortoise!

PS- Does the fact my computer has had about 25 reboots in about 6 years make it this way?
