I can't stand clutter on the desktop. I'm very strict about organizing all my content; Downloads gets away from me once in a while, but nothing ever goes on the desktop. I have the icons hidden anyway. Also, slows it down a bit I hear the more crap you have floating around on there. :)

My current desktop on my G4. Kudos to whoever can name the OS that this wallpaper came with. (Hint: it isnt Mac)
