Finally got round to updating my dock after playing with some icons in Photoshop:

Just find the Image you want to use, use magic wand in Photoshop to remove the background, convert to a .png then desaturate the image, use hidden tool brush to bring back color where you want it, then tweak it a bit and your away, just use the apple icn2img (cant remember the name) tool from apple to convert for use on the Mac, then your away, Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your Aunt and your cousins little dick ;)

nice ill try it when i have some time this weekend.
i just made a new program and would love to make an icon for it and i got a couple that i would really want to change the colors so... lets see what happens

I think what you're thinking of is pic2icon? the one that converts a PNG into a Mac-ready usable icon. Pic2icon free it is.
