Where do you get a dock like that? My dock is completely bland from the factory and it's killing me.

I'd like an all black dock with black icons I've seen around. Problem is I cant seem to find an all black icon pack, does such one exist?

Yoppie: How do you change that lighting effect on your dock?

Sorry I'm a bit new to this, er rather I'm just now deciding I should start customizing mine. Is there a program for all this? I'm already working on icons of my own (I have a bit of experience in this on other platforms) but in the meantime I need something better.
