The dock itself is called Float; I believe it's available on MacThemes.

hey i was thinking of doing the same thing with the hard drive in the dock.
did you delete the hard drive icon on the desktop?

Well, sorta.

My Uncles work pays for a bunch of software to let their employes test, and he gave me a copy of the Master Suite for free. Of course, I only needed the ones I have in my Dock, so thats all I installed.

I doubt most people do - i did not for a while.
However. Now that I am
a. using it for my studies and work
b. am in a better financial situation
i decided to buy it.
I do not care if people do not pay for it to be honest however if you use it professionally or if you can pay for it without having to skip buying food (extreme example) i do think people should.
I couldnt afford it but wanted to use it so i used it illegally. Now I can afford it so i bought a licence. fair enough i think?
