My dock - in re the comment above about what programs I use outside those batched with the computer, I added those icons (albeit some I've modified):

Finder
AppDelete
Wallsaver
System Prefs

Safari
FireFox
Thunderbird
Transmit FTP
VMWare Fusion (for IE7 testing)
RingCentral (company phone)
Adium (with the Pixar bird icon)
iTunes
Google Earth (and flight simulator)
Skitch
Hierarchical Dock (for project folders access)
Change Dock (from LeopardDocks.com - but back up the original files first)
Mac The Ripper
HandBrake
Soundtrack Extractor
Audio Hijack Pro
Senuti (for ripping iPod content)

I just started using Skitch a few days ago - very nifty..

The second one is the dock I actually use.

And yes I know...I have an odd like of the CS3 style icons. Especially considering it took me like an hour or so to make all of them myself!
